Accessing and using this website grants user status and implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to make proper use of the content and not to use it for unlawful activities.
Intellectual property
The contents of this site (texts, images, logos and design) belong to Water Sport Nautic S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
Liability
Water Sport Nautic S.L. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or its temporary unavailability. Bookings are subject to availability and to the service conditions.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Torrevieja (Alicante), unless consumer regulations provide another jurisdiction.

Purpose
To manage requested boat bookings, handle enquiries and maintain the client relationship. The data provided in the booking form (name, email, phone and, where applicable, ID document) is processed for this purpose.
Legal basis
Performance of the rental/booking contract and, where applicable, the data subject's consent.
Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Recipients
The Redsys payment gateway is used to process the deposit payment. Data is not shared with third parties except by legal obligation.
Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@watersportnautic.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cancellation conditions
Safety comes first. These are our cancellation and refund conditions.
1. Cancellation due to bad weather
If the maritime authorities or Water Sport Nautic S.L. determine that it is not safe to sail due to bad weather (strong wind, heavy swell or torrential rain), we offer you, in order of preference:
- Date change, subject to availability.
- Voucher valid for 12 months.
- 100% refund of the amount paid, if you cannot change the date.
Important: cloudy or cold days are not considered bad weather and do not entitle you to a free cancellation.
2. Cancellation by the customer (good weather)
- More than 15 days before departure: 100% refund.
- Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% penalty.
- Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund (100% penalty).
